We see you running down the street and on the trails, looking like you really want to belong to our club, so here is your chance.  WE WANT YOU IN OUR CLUB! There is safety in numbers and we all want to Feel SAFE. 

We have several group runs throughout the week and lead the Women Can Run clinic and pace for the race clinics.

We are home to the annual Spa 10K race which includes the Spa 5K and Spa Squirt and a member of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA)
