Going Green
Yeah . . . that's right. We're trying our hand at this green thing. Recycled plastic, old shoe dump off, bins for plastic, emphasis on online registration . . . you get the picture.
Save those 'gently' worn shoes of ALL kinds! We will be donating to Soles4Souls and will have bins available for drop-off. You can drop off before race day at New Balance of Hot Springs, Health Park Physical Therapy, and the Fitness Zone.
Music along the course!
Starting line, post race, along the course. . . don't be surprised if you hear banjos a'top West Mountain. That'll make you run faster!

Are spas your thing? How about historic downtowns and neighborhoods? Maybe the mountains lure your heart. The Spa 10k may be just the race for you. Located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the Spa 10k takes you through beautiful downtown Hot Springs with its majestic bathhouse row complete with the spas and rich history. Soon, the route takes you up and over West Mountain where the winding road meanders through mixed hardwoods. Down the other side you are met with the eclectic homes of the Quapaw Historic District. The Spa 10k, 5k, and kid's Spa Squirt are sure to please whatever your
delight may be. Come join us this November as the starting pistol begins our 27th running of this landmark event.
